EsselWorld Fun Run
This series of marathons hosted by our parent brand, EsselWorld, was a celebration of health and enthusiasm. There were three broad categories: 10K run, 5K run and a run for the kids. These three categories ensured that we weren't leaving out any enthusiastic runners out of the loop. We had several frontrunners for these marathons including Kranti Salvi, Girish Bindra and K Haridasan Nair, all of whom were our race ambassadors. With tickets priced at just 95/- each we saw a large crowd of participants from all over the city. The prizes included more than 100 full day family passes to EsselWorld and participation certificates were distributed amongst all runners.
Secret Santa
Secret Santas are always a fun way to celebrate Christmas, wouldn’t you agree? At EsselWorld, we feel the same and that is why in the past we have organized secret santa events to bring merriment and joy to our customers. We took a digital approach wherein we asked the participants to upload Instagram reels and tag us. Through a process we selected winners of the same and gave out exciting prizes like gift vouchers and free tickets.
Diwali Events
In India, Diwali is known as the festival of lights. At EsselWorld we wish to celebrate the spirit of this auspicious festival with everyone. Last year we organised a digital event named “Manaao Dil Se, Bataao Dil Se’ wherein we urged participants to select an e-card. Post the selection, they were required to write a personal message to someone they chose. The person mentioned in the message received an e-card which was also displayed within a fairy lit bottle hung from our Treelight. It was a delightful way of spreading the joy and the light of Diwali to all those maintaining safety regulations by staying at home.
EsselWorld Live
Esselworld’s primary aim is to bring fun, happiness and joy to people and EsselWorld Live is one of the many other endeavours besides the theme parks to attain this goal. This series of events comprises live performances by some of the most celebrated artists in the country. We have been graced by the presence of several famous DJs like Notorious, Lil’ B and Karma and performers like Raghav Juyal of Dance India Dance fame, and the well-known singer, Kamal Khan. Due to covid-19 restrictions we had to hit the pause button on these festivities, however, with the relaxation of rules, these mega-parties will soon be back in town!
Make Your Mask
The coronavirus pandemic has shook the world and to heal it is our responsibility. EsselWorld has had a lot of contributions in spreading awareness about the safety protocols to be followed during these trying times and the importance of safety equipment, especially masks. We hosted a fun event called ‘On Your Masks Get Set Go’ mask-making contest. Participants were required to design masks while being in the comfort of their own homes and send their entries to us. We gave out free EsselWorld tickets to the first 100 registrations and gave out exciting prizes to the winners. With the reopening of the park, we look forward to hosting more such interactive and fun events.
