Event Overview
The Water Kingdom Marathon is happening on Sunday, 12th January 2025, at Gorai Jetty, Borivali West. With categories that cater to all fitness levels, this is your chance to experience the thrill of running alongside fellow enthusiasts while enjoying a well-organised, scenic race. The 10KM race begins at 6:00 AM, offering seasoned runners a challenging course, while the 5KM Challenge starts at 6:30 AM, ideal for fitness enthusiasts aiming to push their limits. For beginners and families, the 3KM Fun Run starts at 7:00 AM, making it a perfect option for a light yet enjoyable run.

Race Route
The marathon takes you through the lively streets of Borivali West, offering a picturesque view of the Gorai Jetty and surrounding areas. The route begins at the Bay View Parking Lot, loops past the Don Bosco Signal and Mandapeshwar IC Colony Metro Station Signal, and concludes at the Gorai Bay View Holding Area. Each category has a tailored course, ensuring participants get the best experience based on their selected run.
BIB Expo: Gear Up Before the Race
An integral part of the upcoming marathon in Mumbai is the BIB Expo, held before race day. Participants can collect their BIBs, race kits, and official marathon T-shirts, along with other exciting goodies. The expo is scheduled for 9th and 10th January 2025, from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM, at the Bayview Restaurant in Borivali Gorai Jetty. It is not just about collecting race essentials; the BIB Expo also features interactive stalls, merchandise, and opportunities to connect with fellow runners. It’s a great way to get into the marathon spirit before the big day.
Win Exciting Prizes
The Water Kingdom Marathon rewards its top runners with exciting prizes. Winners in each category will receive cash rewards, with ₹21,000 for the first place, ₹11,000 for the first runner-up, and ₹8,000 for the second runner-up. The third and fourth runners-up will be awarded six Water Kingdom Annual Passports. All participants will go home with completion certificates and medals, ensuring that everyone’s effort is recognised.
