- Welcome to the month-long Water Kingdom, EsselWorld Bird Park & Tic Tac Tot grand anniversary celebration.
- Water Kingdom, EsselWorld Bird Park & Tic Tac Tot invites you to join the anniversary celebration by participating in their Grand Anniversary Golden Grab Offer.
- In this Grand Anniversary Golden Grab offer, guests stand a chance to win a hundred prizes, including White Goods products such as Fridge, Television, Oven, sound box, tablets, mobile phones, etc.
- Guests can participate in this Grand Anniversary Golden Grab celebration by visiting either of the parks between 23rd April to 31st May 2025.
- On purchase of any entry ticket guest is entitled to participate in this Grand Anniversary Golden Grab offer. Per ticket purchase transaction guest will get an offer coupon, which the guest needs to drop in a drop box duly filled with all correct & complete information (please note: if the coupon is not completely filled with correct information, the same will not qualify for random pick).
- A particular guest/family will get only one coupon per day per transaction. If the guest is visiting one or more parks on the same day on a combined ticket, that particular guest will be given only one coupon.
- On 31st May 2025 at 4.00 pm, a guest from the gathering will randomly pick a coupon for one hundred prizes which are listed on the Grand Anniversary Golden Grab offer.
- Random selection of the winners of respective prizes will be done in the presence of VIPPL (Vyoman Infraprojects Pvt Ltd.) authorities, and the decision made by the VIPPL authorities will be final.
- In case of any discrepancies, the decision made by the VIPPL authorities will be considered as final, and the guest/winner has to adhere to the same.
- Once the contest winner is declared, the winner has to come to our park with a valid government-approved photo identity such as PAN, Aadhar OR Passport to collect their respective prize.
- Winners have to bring the Original along with a photocopy of any two (mention above) valid government-approved photo identification for verification. The winner may be asked or verified for any other information mentioned on the submitted coupon for verification. Winners are requested to cooperate w.r.t. winners verification process.
- At the time of receiving the prize respective winner has to acknowledge the receipt of the prize and sign an indemnity stating VIPPL is not responsible for the proper functioning of the product and the service received from the respective product brand after-sales team. For any service-related issue, the winner has to connect with the respective brand's after-sales team to sort out their issues.
Modus Operandi:
- Once the contest winner is declared, the winner will have to come to our park with a valid government-approved photo identity such as PAN, Aadhar OR Passport to collect their respective prize.
- Winners have to bring the Original along with a photocopy of any two (mention above) valid government-approved photo identification for verification. The winner may be asked or verified for any other information mentioned on the submitted coupon for verification. Winners are requested to cooperate w.r.t. winners verification process.
- The transportation, if any, of the White Goods will be borne by the respective winner, and VIPPL will not be responsible for the same.
- White Goods products or prizes, once collected by the winners from the park premises, will be the sole responsibility of the respective winners or the individual who collected the product. VIPPL will not be responsible for the same w.r.t. to damage, or any unforeseen happen.
- The individual declared as the winner of the particular prize needs to be physically present to collect his/her prize, and NO authorisation letter OR someone else on behalf of the winner can come and collect his/her respective prizes.
- For any kind of installation of the product or training of the product, or any issues related to the service of the product, the winner needs to coordinate with the respective product customer service centre to sort out the same.
- With respect to any product service issues or product default, VIPPL will not be held responsible. The winner of the respective product has to connect with the respective product/brand customer service centre to sort the issue(s).
