Terms of Use:

• The new Annual Passport Next includes 2 visas, which can be utilised and exhausted by the guest as per their choice of park. For example, both visas can be used at Water Kingdom, or at EsselWorld Bird Park and EsselWorld Tic Tac Tot, or in any other permutation and combination.

• In the event of park closure due to force majeure (including a pandemic), the park management will not be held responsible for the said period.

• The Annual Passport Next is neither transferable nor refundable and is valid only when the photograph and signature of the recipient are duly attested by VIPL authorities.

• Valid for Annual Passport Next holder only; attraction usage is strictly as per ride & slide’s height criteria.

• No cash or other benefit will be exchanged against this Annual Passport Next.

• This Annual Passport Next should be furnished and stamped at the ticket counter of Water Kingdom OR EsselWorld Bird Park in exchange for an entry ticket for entering the park.

• Only ONE visa will be issued at each park on a day.

• This Annual Passport Next offer cannot be clubbed with any other scheme running at the time of the visit to Water Kingdom and EsselWorld Bird Park.

• A photocopy of this Annual Passport Next is not valid.

• VIPL is not responsible for the loss of Annual Passport Next and NO refund/compensation will be made against same.
